August Launch Special

The $100 offer covers one responsive page with up to six content sections, built from usable copy, logos, photos, and business details supplied by the customer. It includes one primary customer action, a contact form or agreed direct-contact action, basic page title and search description, connection to an existing domain, one consolidated revision, and 14 days of fixes for defects in the delivered work.

What the offer does not include

Unless added through a written quote, the offer excludes extra pages, ecommerce, customer accounts, booking systems, a blog or CMS, original logo work, copywriting, photography, paid media, ongoing edits, domain registration fees, and hosting fees. No search ranking, lead volume, revenue, or business result is guaranteed.

Upgrade credit

If the customer and Bodhin agree in writing on a larger website project within 30 days of the August offer purchase, the full $100 launch-special payment may be credited toward that project. The expanded scope, timeline, and remaining balance must be confirmed before the additional work begins.

Other published starting prices

The standard one-page package starts at $499. The fixed-scope five-page Business Website is $995, normally split as $500 to begin and $495 at approved launch. Hosting is $25 per month. Managed Care is $79 per month and includes hosting plus one queued request with up to 30 minutes of small content edits each month; unused time does not roll over. Local Growth projects start at $1,795, and ecommerce or custom work starts at $2,500 after a written scope review. A project quote controls when its agreed scope differs from these public starting points.

Timing and customer inputs

The delivery target is five business days after payment, a complete intake, usable content, and any required account access are received. The target moves when content, access, feedback, or approvals are delayed. Bodhin will confirm the working delivery date after reviewing the intake.

Revisions and added work

One consolidated revision means one organized list of changes to the presented direction. New pages, new features, replacement content creation, or a changed project goal are additional scope. Added work is priced and approved before it begins; it is never added silently.

Payment and refunds

The August offer is paid in full through Stripe before work begins. A full refund is available if requested before design work begins. Once work begins, any refund is limited to the portion of work not yet earned or delivered. If Bodhin cannot deliver the agreed scope, the undelivered portion will be refunded. Approved third-party purchases made for the project, such as a domain, are not refundable by Bodhin when the provider does not refund them.

Ownership and third-party materials

After final payment, the customer owns the custom final website files created for the project, excluding third-party software, fonts, stock assets, and services governed by their own licenses. The customer confirms they have permission to use every logo, photo, claim, review, and other item they supply.
